Krista asked that I relay her and Ken's thanks for all the thoughts, prayers and support so many have given on their behalf since Kendra's passing. While each day is a struggle, they are grateful for the love and concern from family, friends, neighbors and the community.
The funeral services for Kendra included remarks and a poem from her father, Ken, a eulogy read by her Uncle Aaron and written by her Aunt Kellie, a prayer and poem from her past Young Women's Advisers, remarks from her Bishop and the benediction was given by her Grandma Carolee. The Young Women of the Bayshore Ward sang a "Child's Prayer," Kendra's favorite Primary song and the grave site was dedicated by her Grandpa Bret.
The pallbearers wore Kendra's favorite flower, the purple rose.
